Mrs. Waddell’s first and third period classes are working on a paper mache’ representation of the student’s hand and includes a symbol that is meaningful to the artist from Monday February 27 to Thursday March 7th

This project is supposed to help the students work with a three-dimensional object. They also have to solve sculpture problems, and creating a symbol is very difficult.

“This project will help students follow the examples of the Irish artist, Ken Parker,” says Mrs Waddle (art teacher).

The students will need the to have the skill of patience that will help them finish the sculpture because it is a very long process. They will also need to use their vision to create a symbol.
